Sure every new company has their challenges but but once i let them know my issue I had a great conversation with refund agent. Overall, for what I paid I'm not disappointed because i always receive the items I order and faster than i was expecting even though their policy says 10-15 days for shipping after processing. I got my order on less than 7 days after purchase :)
